The old chicken and egg debate for Tenerife

Been having the old chicken and egg debate on the excellent Tenerife Forum website, as to whether the level of service in the local hospitality industry is crap because of the ’servers’ or the visitors.
Does Tenerife have the worst level of service on the planet, or do we do ok?
